Win-Win AGENT AI Coach is an AI-assisted educational and coaching resource published by Dr. Sam Bayer. The current pilot is free and lasts 14 days from enrollment.
Conversations take place in your own ChatGPT account. Our Access Manager does not store those coaching conversations.
OpenAI handles information entered into ChatGPT under its applicable terms, privacy policy, and your account settings. Review those policies and settings when deciding what to share.
If you separately send us conversation excerpts for support or feedback, we receive the information you choose to send. Remove unnecessary personal or confidential details before sharing excerpts.
Our Access Manager stores account and access information associated with authorization to use the AI Coach. We use it to manage and verify access.
When you connect the access service through ChatGPT, it checks the connected account’s authorization and returns access information to ChatGPT. This information is separate from the content of your coaching conversations.
We use Podia for functions such as website hosting, enrollment, course delivery, community features, and email services, where applicable.
Other providers may support authentication, access management, hosting, communications, forms, analytics, or technical infrastructure.
These providers process information involved in the services they deliver. Their applicable policies and our arrangements with them govern that processing. Providers you use directly, including OpenAI, may separately control information associated with your accounts.
Our website and the platforms delivering it may use cookies or similar technologies for website operation, account access, preferences, security, performance, and analytics.
You can manage cookies through your browser settings and any controls provided by the relevant platform. Disabling cookies may affect some features.
We use contact information to send communications you request and information relevant to offerings in which you participate.
You can use the unsubscribe option in marketing emails or contact admin@winwinagent.org to ask about email preferences. Essential enrollment, access, and support communications may be handled separately from marketing emails.
We do not sell your personal information.
We disclose information to service providers as needed to operate or deliver our services.
We may also disclose information when you authorize it, when necessary to address misuse or security concerns, to comply with applicable law or legal process, or in connection with a corporate transaction, subject to applicable law.

No internet service or electronic storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. Services delivered through third-party platforms are also subject to those providers’ security practices.
Please protect your account credentials and avoid sending unnecessary sensitive information through support communications.

Applicable law may provide additional rights depending on where you live. We will handle applicable requests in accordance with the law and may need to verify your identity.
Deleting information needed to authorize access may prevent further use of the AI Coach.
For ChatGPT conversation history or information controlled directly by another provider, use that provider’s account controls or privacy-request process.
If you believe a child has provided personal information to us in circumstances requiring attention, contact admin@winwinagent.org so we can assess and address the matter under applicable law.
Our website may link to services we do not operate. Review their privacy policies before providing information. This policy does not replace those providers’ policies.
We may update this policy as our services and practices change. The current version will be posted on this page with its effective date.
