Your free pilot access lasts 14 days from enrollment.
If you receive an “Access required” message:
Confirm that you connected using the email address registered for your pilot.
Check whether your 14-day pilot has ended.
If you believe your access should be active, contact us.
For installation or connection problems, follow the instructions provided with your pilot enrollment. If you get stuck, email us with the step where the problem occurred.
Please provide your registered email address, a brief description of the problem, and the exact error message or a screenshot, if available.
Do not send passwords, verification codes, or sensitive coaching conversations.
To ask about your account or access information, or request correction or deletion, email admin@winwinagent.org.
Our Access Manager does not store coaching conversations. For requests concerning your ChatGPT conversation history, use OpenAI’s account controls or support channels.
