Before we embark on becoming a Win-Win AGENT, we need to understand conflict a little better.

In this Module we'll cover the basics:

  1. How conflicts can only end up with both parties losing, winning or one party winning and the other losing.

  2. The importance of preserving the relationship versus attaining a favorable outcome drives the (instinctive) approach we take to dealing with the conflict.

  3. Introducing the Animal Metaphors (Turtle, Puppy Dog, Lion and AGENT) to help us name these conflict styles and in turn become more intentional about choosing the best approach to engaging the conflict in question.

  4. Becoming aware of our preferred style to dealing with conflict.
